Carolina!

We made it! After a few phone calls, a few back-and-forth ideas, we decided to just drive the 2 1/2 hours, after a few adjustments were made! Thank goodness I am married to an awesome mechanic and into a family where we could call for help and help was sent our way! It took most of today to figure out what the game plan was for how we were going to be getting the part, if we had a part. The closet part to us, was going to be about a 2-hour drive. Blake’s brother thankfully had the part and was able to have it shipped to us before the weekend. So, that relieved a bit of stress.

We decided to drive to Mrytle Beach and see what all the commotion was about this location. We’ve heard of it, seen pictures of it, we wanted to go experience it! Downtown Myrtle Beach was definitely a hoping spot to be! We walked onto the beach completly shocked to what we saw. MILES UPON MILES along the coast line of umbrellas and people. Literally people cramped up side by side to one another, it looked like a maze to even be able to places our toes in the ocean! The amount of people! My goly, I can’t even explain what utter shock we were in! The beach by all means was so beautiful, that white sand, the coastline that you could see forever, but the amount of people! We were so taken back. We decided to skip putting the toes in the water and just walk the streets and site see for the day! If you know us, we are suckers for seafood, and being on the coast, you betcha, we were off looking for the best sea food on the street!
